Hawkeye Initiative vs ComicGate: Is it sexist if a woman's pose is the same as a man's, or different?

So, my question: Is the Hawkeye Initiative right that it's sexist to put women in poses that you don't put men in, or are the current group of SJWs right that it's sexist to put a woman in the same pose as a man?
